Abouttheclient
Flor is the wholesale arm of TrioMAC. It supplies houseplants and pots to shops, flower studios and offices. Buyers work under contract, and each one has their own terms.
Thetask
A shop and a flower studio need different prices for the same product. Guests must not see dealer prices, either on the page or in server responses. Orders had to flow into 1C (the accounting system), and invoices had to be generated without an accountant.
Thesolution
Price by buyer type
A single server-side mechanism calculates the price. The dealer figure never reaches a guest, not even inside the page data.
1C integration
Categories, products and customers come from 1C every hour or on demand from a button in the admin panel. Each sync run is logged.
Buyer accounts
Accounts are created from 1C in a disabled state, and a manager switches them on. Managers see orders in the admin panel.
Pay by invoice
The invoice is generated automatically the first time it's downloaded, with a number and a validity period.
OpenSearch-based search
Search by name or code in Romanian, Russian and English.
