A Hansa home appliance catalog for Moldova. Models, prices and stock come from 1C every hour, with nobody copying them over by hand.
1CintegrationandAPIs
We connect your website, store or portal to 1C (the accounting system), so prices and stock match your books and nobody copies orders over by hand.
Casestudies
A B2B portal for a distributor's dealers. Each dealer sees their own prices, and every order becomes a document in 1C the moment it's placed.
A wholesale B2B catalog of houseplants. Every buyer gets their own price, and a full sync with 1C takes 10 seconds.
A furniture hardware catalog with 2,900 items: data from 1C, search in three languages, and showrooms in place of a cart.
What'sincluded
Products and prices from 1C
Categories, the item catalog, attributes, photos, prices and stock, on a schedule or at the push of a button.
Orders into 1C
An order on the website creates a document in accounting. Reservation and everything after it happen in 1C.
Counterparties
Clients and their terms come from 1C, and website accounts are set up from that data.
Log and recovery
Every exchange run is logged. If a run gets cut off, it picks up again on its own.
Clean data
We normalize names and characters on import, so search doesn't trip over accounting data.
External APIs
Payment systems, National Bank exchange rates, email, SMS and messengers, with signatures, retries and a log.
Howwework
Brief and estimate
We go through the task, your accounting setup and integrations, then name the scope, timeline and price before the project starts.
Analysis and prototype
We map out user scenarios and the data structure and build a clickable prototype.
Design
The interface is designed around your brand and your real content, not placeholder text.
Development
We work in short iterations on a demo server, so you see progress every week.
Launch
We migrate the data, set up redirects from old URLs, and check speed and SEO.
Support and growth
The project lives on our own platform with protection and monitoring, and we keep improving it to an agreed plan.

Questionsandanswers
Which 1C configurations do you work with?
We build the exchange through an API on the 1C side. Which data moves and how often is agreed with your 1C developer at the brief stage.
How often are prices and stock updated?
As often as the business needs. In our projects products and prices update every hour and counterparties several times a day, and you can also run an exchange manually.
How long does a full exchange take?
It depends on volume. A full exchange for the Flor catalog, with 940+ products and 150 clients, takes about 10 seconds.
What happens if an exchange is interrupted?
The run is written to the log, the interrupted exchange resumes automatically, and the failure shows up in monitoring.
