Howwework
From the first conversation to support after launch: what happens at each stage, what you see and what we need from you. Timelines and scope go into the contract before we start.
Projectstages
Brief and estimate
We go through the task, your accounting and integrations: where prices, stock and orders live and what needs connecting. We name the scope, timeline and price and put them in the contract.
Analysis and prototype
We map user scenarios and the data structure and build a clickable prototype. We agree on it before design, while changes are still cheap.
Design
We design the interface around your brand and real content, for desktop and mobile, in the languages you need.
Development
We work in short iterations on a demo server: every week you see a live version, not a percent-complete report.
Launch
We migrate the data, set up 301 redirects from old URLs, and check speed, markup and indexing. Analytics only runs with visitor consent.
Support and growth
The project lives on our own platform with a WAF and monitoring; we update and improve it to an agreed plan.
Howtheworkisorganised
Everything in the contract
Scope, timeline and price are known before we start. If the task changes along the way, we agree the new scope first and then do the work.
A demo every week
You get a link to the demo server in the first weeks of development and watch the project grow.
You edit the content
Sites run on our Garm CMS: copy, images, pages and SEO fields are changed in the admin panel, no developer needed.
Three languages from day one
Romanian, Russian and English are built into the structure from the start, not bolted on later.
Releases without manual steps
Every version is built automatically and deployed to the server; if something goes wrong, we roll back to the previous one.
One team before and after launch
The people who built the project also support it, so nothing gets lost in a handover.
Questionsabouttheprocess
Can we start without a ready spec?
Yes. We write the spec ourselves during the brief and analysis stages; from you we need goals, examples and access to the people who know the process.
How often will I see progress?
Every week on the demo server. You leave comments there, and they go into the next iteration.
How long does a project take?
A company website usually takes from a few weeks. An online store with a 1C catalog or a B2B portal takes longer, as most of the time goes into the accounting exchange. We give a week-by-week plan with the estimate.
What do you need from us?
One decision-maker, copy and photos (or a task to prepare them), and access to your accounting system if an integration is needed.
What happens after launch?
The project stays on our platform with protection and monitoring. Support and growth start from €250 per month, excluding VAT, with the scope set out in the contract.
