A B2B portal for a distributor's dealers. Each dealer sees their own prices, and every order becomes a document in 1C the moment it's placed.
B2Bportalsfordealers
A B2B portal where each dealer sees prices from their own price list, orders by product code or by uploading a file, and every order becomes a document in 1C right away.
Casestudies
A wholesale B2B catalog of houseplants. Every buyer gets their own price, and a full sync with 1C takes 10 seconds.
What'sincluded
Personal pricing
A dealer sees prices from their price list in their currency. A guest sees the retail price, or nothing at all.
Orders straight into accounting
An order by code and quantity, or from an uploaded file, creates a document in 1C. Stock reservation stays with 1C.
Companies and buyers
One client can have several employees with access and several legal entities to order under.
Payment by invoice
The invoice is generated automatically, with a number and a validity period.
API for partners
Catalog and stock data for integrators: we keep the old API running and add a new one described in OpenAPI.
Scheduled exchange
Products, prices, exchange rates and counterparties update from 1C as often as you need.
Howwework
Brief and estimate
We go through the task, your accounting setup and integrations, then name the scope, timeline and price before the project starts.
Analysis and prototype
We map out user scenarios and the data structure and build a clickable prototype.
Design
The interface is designed around your brand and your real content, not placeholder text.
Development
We work in short iterations on a demo server, so you see progress every week.
Launch
We migrate the data, set up redirects from old URLs, and check speed and SEO.
Support and growth
The project lives on our own platform with protection and monitoring, and we keep improving it to an agreed plan.

Questionsandanswers
How is a B2B portal different from an online store?
Pricing and rules. Each client has their own price list and terms, orders go into accounting as documents, payment is by invoice, and one company can have several buyers.
Can we replace an old portal without breaking partner integrations?
Yes. On the SCOP portal the old API answers exactly like the previous system did (we compared the responses one to one), and the new API runs alongside it.
How long does it take to launch a B2B portal?
We launched the SCOP portal 10 weeks after the first commit. The timeline for your project comes after the brief.
Can outsiders see dealer prices?
No. The price is calculated on the server according to the client's contract, and a guest never receives the dealer figure, not even in the page data.
