A courier app and an ERP for a courier company that ships parcels between Moldova and Israel.
SCOP
A B2B portal for a distributor's dealers. Each dealer sees their own prices, and every order becomes a document in 1C the moment it's placed.
Abouttheclient
TrioMAC distributes SCOP in Moldova: electronics and IT, home appliances, household goods and textiles. Sales go through dealers. The old portal ran on .NET 5, which had reached end of support, and a replacement system that had been started never went live.
Thetask
Replace the portal without stopping sales or breaking partner integrations that had been pulling the catalog through the API for years. Every dealer had to see prices from their own price list, and orders had to reach 1C (the accounting system) without anyone re-entering them.
Thesolution
Scheduled sync with 1C
Products, stock, prices and exchange rates update every hour. Customer accounts update four times a day.
Dealer-specific pricing
Once logged in, a dealer sees prices from their own price list in its currency. Guests see the recommended retail price in lei.
Orders go straight into accounting
Dealers order by product code and quantity or by uploading a file, repeat a past order, and pay by invoice. Each order creates a document in 1C, and 1C handles the stock reservation itself.
Two API generations
The legacy API responds exactly like the old system did, and we checked its responses one by one. The new API is documented in OpenAPI 3.1.
A company and its buyers
A dealer can have several employees with access and several legal entities to place orders under.
