Elitpost is a courier and postal company that ships parcels and boxes between Moldova and Israel. Drivers collect boxes from customers, the warehouse packs them into containers, and the cash desk takes payment in shekels.

Thetask

Move the company from its old system to a new one without changing how people work. Operators, drivers, the warehouse and the cash desk had to keep their routine, only faster. Drivers needed an app that doesn't lose data when the connection drops.

Thesolution

Courier app
Built with Flutter for Android and iOS. The day's orders, boxes, addresses and payments are on the driver's phone. Data is stored locally and sent to the server once there's a network.
Customer app
A list of parcels, ordering empty boxes, booking a pickup and chatting with support.
The company's ERP
A whole request on one screen, boxes and containers, a cash desk with shifts, customer debts, customs invoices, and documents that reproduce the forms approved by the company's lawyers.
Compatibility
The server was adapted to the driver app, so the old API routes work without rewriting the client.
