PrestigeFly finds business and first class tickets for less than the airlines charge directly. Every request means a long back-and-forth with the client, and losing one costs more than ten ordinary ones.
Thetask
Requests were getting lost between the website form and the managers' spreadsheets. The agency needed a system where a request from the site immediately becomes a record with its own history and status.

The website and the ERP are both written in Laravel and work as one system on one database, with no integrations between third-party products.
